Sanctum (“Sanctum,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) delivers digital work by outsourcing business processes to human agents. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by us in our business, including on our websites, mobile applications, and related online and offline offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

If you are a Client, we may also collect business name and address, your title, and industry information. We may also collect information about Authorized Users you allow to access the Services on your behalf.
If you are an Agent, we may collect background information (education, employment history, references, CV) to assess suitability. We may also collect identity validation information like taxpayer ID or a copy of government-issued ID.

We may receive payment info to allow you to pay us and/or be paid. We use third-party payment providers in most cases. We may receive billing address and transaction details but do not directly store payment card info except in limited instances.
We collect personal information (email, phone number, mailing address) when you request info, register for newsletters or programs, request support, or otherwise communicate with us.

We may offer collaboration tools, forums, blogs, chat/messaging, and social media pages. Information shared publicly through these features is considered “public” and not protected by this policy. You assume the risk that personal info shared publicly may be viewed and used by third parties.

We may facilitate recording (audio/video) of online meetings between Clients and Agents for training or other purposes. Meetings are conducted with third-party tools (ex: Zoom). Agents are notified when recording occurs and may decline, though this may affect project eligibility. Clients may store and share recordings.
Agents may use software that collects Work Information such as text descriptions of work performed, keystrokes, mouse clicks, screenshots, and webcam images. Agents are informed when collection occurs and may decline, though this may prevent participation. Collected information may be shared with Clients and used for fraud detection, analytics, and other purposes.
We may automatically collect IP address, user settings, MAC address, cookie IDs, device IDs, browser and OS details, inferred location, ISP, pages visited, links clicked, interaction data (frequency/duration), and other usage data. This may be associated with accounts and devices.
We and third parties may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and similar technologies to collect information.
